These are not rigid frameworks but key aspects of my practice. I regularly check how comfortable the process feels and what we might adjust. I respect each client’s personal story regardless of gender or identity, and our communication is strictly confidential. Queer-, poly-, and fem-friendly.
I provide consultations online. In my work, I adhere to the ethical code of the Portuguese Psychologists Order.

To schedule a session, please first read the Informed Consent and send me a short message about what brings you to therapy. I will then share a link to my online calendar for booking.
