Vlad Selivanov

I have been practicing since 2017. I take an integrative approach to therapy by combining Person-Centered Approach (PCA), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

The Person-Centered Approach (PCA) offers an opportunity to create conditions in which clients can grow, learn, and cope with difficulties.

Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) focuses on finding and creating solutions, rather than analyzing the past and the causes of problems.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) encourages facing difficult experiences, developing psychological flexibility, and acting according to personal values.

I work remotely. LGBTQ+, fem-, poly- friendly.
