This website is operated by Vladislav Selivanov, a psychologist licensed by the Ordem dos Psicólogos Portugueses (OPP No. 31348) in Portugal. By using vlad.pt and its English section at vlad.pt/en, you agree to these Terms; if you do not agree, do not use the site. These Terms cover access and use of the site; therapy and related professional services are governed by an Informed Consent, which prevail in case of conflict.

Content on the site is general information only and does not constitute psychological, medical, or legal advice. Do not rely on it for diagnosis or treatment. In emergencies contact local emergency services. The site targets adults in Portugal and the European Union; if you access it elsewhere you are responsible for compliance with local laws. Features and content may change or be withdrawn without notice, and accuracy is pursued but not guaranteed. Submitting forms or booking online does not by itself create a therapeutic relationship; this arises only after the required intake steps are completed. Do not include highly sensitive data in forms or email.

You must not use the site unlawfully, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malware, disrupt operation, scrape beyond what robots rules allow, or infringe intellectual property or privacy rights. Unless stated otherwise, materials on the site are owned or licensed by the operator. Personal viewing and fair linking are permitted; any other reproduction, distribution, adaptation, or public communication requires prior written consent unless a statutory exception applies. The site may reference third-party services and websites, which are subject to their own terms and privacy policies; the operator is not responsible for their content or availability.

These Terms may be updated to reflect legal, technical, or business changes; the revision date indicates the latest version, and continued use after changes means acceptance. Portuguese law governs, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules of your EU residence. Courts at the operator's professional domicile have jurisdiction, and consumers may also bring proceedings in their place of residence where the law allows.
